The command center gives marketing review a clear starting point: freshness, coverage and items needing attention. Private business values and investigation details are concealed.Private information is permanently concealed.
A campaign is only one part of the picture.
Paid media, lead activity and sales follow-up answer different questions. A useful dealership system needs to connect those views so a team can understand what needs attention, inspect the evidence and decide on the next action.
Connect the signal to the working context.
I built connected tools around three practical perspectives: a marketing command center, a lead operations workspace and external conditions. The command center frames the review; lead operations brings the work closer to individual follow-up; weather and calendar context add another perspective when interpreting demand.
Different decisions.
One connected approach.
Begin with what needs attention.
The command center leads with data freshness, coverage and investigations. It gives the reviewer a starting point and a route into the supporting work, rather than asking them to interpret a page of isolated figures.
Keep acquisition connected to follow-up.
The lead operations view puts priority, recent activity, buying signals, recommended actions and ownership beside the lead. That structure reflects the customer journey beyond the first enquiry.
Use context to inform a human decision.
External weather and calendar information provides context for reviewing activity. The interface keeps review and action distinct: a signal can prompt investigation without automatically changing a campaign.
The interface, in context.

Lead operations connects the action board with the lead-detail panel. Customer details, identifiers, scores and internal activity are concealed.Private information is permanently concealed.

The external factors view introduces public weather and calendar context for demand review.
- Marketing command center with freshness and coverage indicators
- Investigation and opportunity review interface
- Lead operations board with a customer-detail workspace
- Weather and calendar context for demand review
A working system for the next decision.
The result is a connected set of working dealership interfaces, bringing marketing review and operational follow-up into the same broader workflow. These captures show the actual tools; private customer information and internal business values are concealed.
Strategy. Technology.
A connected way of working.
