The Content OS overview introduces the workspace and its connected areas. This capture uses an unpopulated workspace.

01 /THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

A calendar needs a reason behind every item.

A publishing schedule is more useful when the work behind it has a clear direction. Business context, brand inputs, content planning and channel timing need to stay connected as an idea moves toward production.

MY APPROACH

Give the work a connected structure.

I built VFlows Marketing as a content operations workspace with distinct areas for setup, planning, creation, review and performance. Its overview, content plan and calendar provide different views of that process, while the navigation keeps the surrounding work within reach.

02 /THE THINKING BEHIND THE WORK

Different decisions.
One connected approach.

01

Begin with business and brand context.

The workspace includes the business brief, research sources and brand kit before the planning and creation areas. The structure gives content work a foundation in the business it serves.

02

Separate the plan from the schedule.

The content plan organizes the reasoning and upcoming work; the calendar focuses on channel outputs and timing. Keeping those views distinct gives each task a clear place without breaking the connection between them.

03

Make dependencies visible.

The captured calendar explains that it begins with an approved plan. Clear empty states communicate the next step instead of presenting an empty grid as if production were already underway.

INSIDE THE WORK

The interface, in context.

03 /WHAT I DELIVERED
  • Content OS overview
  • Business, research and brand setup areas
  • Dedicated content planning workspace
  • Channel-oriented publishing calendar
  • Connected navigation for creation, review and performance
THE RESULT

A working foundation for content operations.

The result is a structured workspace that gives planning and publishing their own connected views. These screenshots were captured in an unpopulated workspace, showing the actual interface and its empty states without invented campaigns or activity.
